This event is connected to the Povie Guy anomaly and may show mysterious figures on screen. Proper handling requires ignoring the TV and closing shutters on any approaching customers.
Event does NOT end the shift but accelerates Inspector growth. Ignore TV completely, close shutter if customers approach, wait for event to end. Badge 'Anomalous Broadcast' unlocked for surviving.

Creepy laughter emanates from TV (high-pitched, echoing, overlapping). Static/crackle sounds from TV. Environmental audio may distort during event. Jumpscare sound if staring at TV too long.

TV Glitch represents analog horror at its finest—a mysterious broadcast invading your safe space. The Povie Guy connection suggests this anomaly exists between dimensions, using technology as a bridge. The 'Anomalous Broadcast' badge implies you've witnessed something not meant for human eyes—a transmission from somewhere else.
Technology as a portal for supernatural intrusion. The TV, normally a source of information or entertainment, becomes a vector for horror. This event teaches players to ignore distractions during critical moments and maintain protocols even when chaos erupts.

Tips & Strategy
Event begins suddenly: kiosk lamps break, TV starts glitching with static, creepy laughter plays from TV speakers. Multiple systems may malfunction simultaneously.
Mysterious figure may appear on TV screen or approach kiosk during glitch. Community still discovering full details. Treat any customer during event as anomalous.
IGNORE the TV completely. Do not stare at it or try to understand the imagery. Focus on CCTV and standard anomaly detection protocols.
If a customer approaches during TV glitch: CLOSE SHUTTER immediately. Do NOT serve during the haywire event. Wait for event to end before serving.
Event typically lasts 5-15 seconds. TV continues glitching throughout. Event ends naturally—lamps and TV return to normal function.
Low-medium jumpscare risk if staring at TV too long (similar to CCTV Screamer). Atmosphere is more terrifying than sudden pop-out.

Game Rules

EVENT ANOMALY: When kiosk lamps break and TV starts glitching with laughter—IGNORE TV completely. Do not stare at screen. If customer approaches during event, CLOSE SHUTTER immediately. DO NOT serve during haywire. Wait for event to end (5-15 seconds). Lamps and TV return to normal afterward. TV may show mysterious Povie Guy figure or jumpscare if stared at too long. Badge 'Anomalous Broadcast' unlocked for surviving.
If Povie Guy appears as customer during TV glitch or independently: CLOSE SHUTTER, do not serve. Details still being researched, treat as dangerous anomaly until confirmed otherwise.
Give the customer a can of soda. Take the paper bundle from the customer by holding the E key. Place the bundle underneath the table in the kiosk. No matter what happens, do not open the bundle.
When the Inspector's car arrives, do not look at it or close the shutter. Do not look at the monitor or the shawarma during the inspection. Exit the kiosk quickly and hide behind the trash can. Only return when sure inspection is complete.
Turn off the power button for the shawarma stand. Exit the kiosk immediately and return only when the noises have subsided.
