All Endings

Scary Shawarma Kiosk: The Anomaly has five core endings. Your result depends on your 11PM-7AM shift: errors, rule compliance, anomaly handling, and the ~2AM Inspector event.

At a Glance

5 total · 2 survive · 3 bad

Most major guides agree on these five as the standard endings. Some sources mention variants (for example a Narrator-related outcome), but they are usually treated as events rather than separate endings.

Good EndingSurvive
Perfect Shift (Good Ending)
  • Finish the entire shift with zero errors.
  • Only serve real customers: use CCTV to identify anomalies (e.g., a third eye or deformities), and close shutters when required.
  • When the Inspector arrives around 2AM, escape via the back door and do not look back at the kiosk.
  • If you made early mistakes, use Internal Control (Corruption Shop) to reset your record before the inspection.
  • On-screen: "Shift Ended - Status: Stable".
  • You take off the apron. The grill shuts down. The city outside feels calm.
  • A clean end screen with a perfect employee vibe and no horror sting.
  • Hardest to unlock.
  • A great long-term goal after you memorize the rules.
Unstable EndingSurvive
Survived, but replaced
  • Survive the whole shift, but make a small number of mistakes (for example: serving an anomaly once, or blocking a real customer).
  • Avoid any lethal failure state (for example: inspection failure or the fridge monster consuming you).
  • On-screen: "Shift Ended - Status: Unstable".
  • A reflection shows someone else wearing your uniform, hinting you were replaced.
  • Whispers linger and the kiosk keeps operating.
  • A common first clear: you live, but the loop continues.
  • Treat it as a warning that your error discipline needs work.
Silence EndingBad
Smiling Man package route
  • Meet the Smiling Man anomaly and open his paper package (do not stash it under the counter).
  • Everything goes quiet.
  • You are teleported to a dark world with a green sky and drifting silhouettes.
  • A distant light appears, then a huge mouth consumes you.
  • Bad ending.
  • Ignore the Smiling Man and do not open the package to avoid this route.
Erased EndingBad
Seen by the Inspector
  • At the 2AM Inspector event, fail to escape through the back door or look back at the kiosk/CCTV and get seen.
  • A system notice flags an unauthorized presence and initiates an "Erased" protocol.
  • You are transported to a conveyor and then a meat grinder while the Inspector watches.
  • The kiosk continues grilling as if nothing happened.
  • Bad ending. Always leave through the back door and never look back.
  • Some runs allow reviving after death (for example: 10k cash or 39 Robux).
Neutralized EndingBad
Too many errors
  • Accumulate too many errors by serving anomalies or refusing real customers.
  • The fridge-side monster grows with each error and eventually eats you after a few more orders.
  • A notice declares the anomaly threshold exceeded and the employee will be neutralized.
  • The monster grabs and swallows you.
  • A growth sequence leads into a quick consumption scene.
  • Easiest bad ending to trigger.
  • Keep errors low; Internal Control can stop the growth if used in time.

Extra Notes

Ending mechanics
  • Errors influence both inspection outcomes and the fridge monster growth.
  • Corruption Shop items like Internal Control can save a run by resetting mistakes.
Variants
  • Some guides mention a Narrator-related outcome (often tied to ignoring instructions).
  • Most sources treat it as an event variant rather than a standard ending.
